EasyPay is the largest non-banking fintech group in Ukraine, founded on February 1, 2007. It includes:

E-Pass — electronic ticket for cities
In 2024, EasyPay introduced E-Pass — its own automated fare collection system (AFCS). This is a step toward developing the Smart City concept in Ukraine, enabling cities to:
- accept fare payments in any form (cash, bank or transport card, smartphone);
- record all types of payments within a unified city system;
- implement discounted fares, bonuses, and cashback programs;
- integrate additional services — parking, school meals, museum tickets, and more.
E-Pass is already being implemented in five Ukrainian cities — including Rivne, Drohobych, Zaporizhzhia, Konotop, and Kamianets-Podilskyi.
Overall, EasyPay is a strategic partner of 17 Ukrainian cities, including Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk, and others.
